This is a service that focuses on the rehabilitation of short-term prisoners, helping them integrate back into society, as at the moment the government scheme doesn't support them.
The prisoner is offered the chance to connect with a support group, which comprises of various people from the community in which the inmate will be taking up residency.
The two parties will work with each other in building a foundation in society.
Members of the group will be role models, mentoring and motivating the new resident to create new relationships in the community and achieve full independency.
